Barnsley Integrated Services Escrow Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BIS Escrow, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts.
- Provide accurate registration information.
3. Escrow Services
Barnsley Integrated Services acts as an independent escrow facilitator by holding funds until agreed transaction conditions have been satisfied.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Deposit agreed funds into escrow.
- Review goods or services within the inspection period.
- Confirm acceptance or raise disputes promptly.
- Avoid fraudulent chargebacks.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Deliver goods or services exactly as described.
- Meet agreed timelines.
- Provide valid proof of delivery where applicable.
6. Payment Release
Funds will be released when:
- Buyer confirms satisfactory delivery.
- Inspection period expires without a dispute, where applicable.
- Disputes are resolved according to our procedures.
7. Dispute Resolution
Where disagreements arise, users must submit relevant evidence such as:
- Delivery records
- Chat history
- Payment receipts
- Photos
- Videos
- Contracts
BIS Escrow will review submitted information before making a determination.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend suspicious accounts
- Request identity verification
- Freeze transactions under investigation
- Cancel fraudulent transactions
9. Fees
Applicable escrow service fees will be displayed before each transaction begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
Barnsley Integrated Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from transactions between users beyond obligations expressly undertaken in the escrow agreement.
11. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Fraud
- False information
- Abuse of platform
- Illegal transactions
- Violation of these Terms
12. Privacy
User information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
